Standard product: To use the standard e-book you will need the usual software, like Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will be able to enlarge or minimize the text and navigate through the e-book. You will also be able to print out the chosen sections or the whole book.
Advanced product: If you need the functionality of full text, you can choose the advanced version of the e-book. This version will contain the (automatically generated) full text and you will also be able to search the book for words or phrases and copy-paste the text or images into other applications. If the OCR processing of the ordered book won't be possible you will be notified promptly.
Payment: You can pay for your book via Paypal or by any credit card (Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club) or Maestro. It is also possible to pay by invoice or in cash on site.
Delivery: The usual duration of an e-book production and delivery is one week. If we exceed this time due to technical or other unpredicted reasons you will be notified promptly. When the e-book is ready, you will be either able to download it or have it transferred to CD-ROM and sent by ordinary mail.
Reclamations: Unfortunately, returning eBooks is not possible, as the products are not suitable for this due to their nature.

EOD Reprints
- In addition to the digital form, the requested book will be reprinted in classic paperback and shipped right to you.
- Therefore, the scanned images will be additionally processed and printed by a "print on demand" service provider.
Price: The price consists of a reprint price and a reprint delivery price.
